Product description:
Two components,fine ceramic particle,room temperature curing,wear abrasion resistant,it can resist the temperature of 1200 degree,
the highest temperature resistant can reach to 1400 degree.It is used in the repairing and pre-protecting of high temperature equipment
corrosion and erosive wear,such as the repairing and pre-protecting of boiler water cooled furnace wall,boiler gas flue,and dust pelletizing
system high temperature components corrosion resistant and erosive wear.

Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd in the field of inorganic high temperature resistant adhesives,take advantage of
the wear abrasion resistant coating which produced by inorganic materials,break through the temperature limit of organic coating.
 
2.With excellent performance of wear resistant and corrosion resistant,with high bonding strength to metal substrates.
 
3.The product after curing has water resistance.
 
4.The material can be brush coating,can also be spray coating,the construction is convenient.
 
5.The curing speed is slow,crystal grain size is small,do not cracking.
 
6.It can blade coating for both facade and ceiling,don’t flow and slip,without needing support.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc,the surface
after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,
should be no greasy dirt and dust.
 
2.Preparation:According to the weight ratio A:B=2:1,make the A and B two components of BD766N high temperature abrasion resistant
coating stir uniformly,and use it up within 40 min,generally it’s while construction and preparation,every time the most configuration
quantity is not more than 2Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until the adhesive has partial solidified and
can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration can be properly a little more in winter and proper less in summer.
 
3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD766N is 1-20mm(it is depends on your actual working conditions).Make the well mixed 
materials be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrates fully with the substrates.
The thickness of each layer should be controlled under 0.5-1mm,spread coating the next layer after the upper layer drying,the application time
of the front and back two layers is depends on the construction temperature and coating thickness,it's more than 10 hours in winter based on
0.5mm coating thickness,but more than 4 hours in summer.The principle which we should grasp is that we should becoating on the next layer
after the upper layer drying.
 
4.Curing:It can be put into using after placing it for 2-3 days to do the curing after the coating is coated in the required size,we should prolong
the curing time for one day,when the coating increase thickness with 1mm for each time.
 
Packaging specifications:
Two components,packed in a plastic drum, 10Kg/set, Part A: 6.7Kg/drum,Part B: 3.3Kg/drum.
 
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in a cool and dry place,the warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
 
Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest
according to actual working condition
2.When the environment temperature is below 15¡æ,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure
3.When the environment temperature is more than 25¡æ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly
shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
